Frogmore Infant School

Meet The Early Years Team

Hello, my name is Miss Simpson and I am so excited that you will be joining us soon at Frogmore Infants.  I can’t wait to get to know you and find out what you enjoy doing. I thought I would tell you just a little bit about me.

Firstly I love singing. I find opportunities each day at school and my home to sing. Thankfully the children at school seem to enjoy it more than my own two daughters!

I love gardening and growing my own vegetables. I’m really excited about showing you our Year R garden and planting some of our own vegetables together in September.

My favourite animal is a Giraffe. I have quite a collection of Giraffe teddies and ornaments at home but I am always on the lookout for one more!  I wonder if you collect anything?

I am really looking forward to getting to know everyone who will be joining us in September and learning all about the things that you love.

Love Miss Simpson

Hello, my name is Mrs Heap. I am really looking forward to meeting you in September when you join Frogmore Infant School. I am sure you will have lots of happy times here.

When you start school, we will get to know each other really well but I'll tell you a bit about myself now.

I have three children who are a bit older than you but it doesn't feel long since they were starting YR.  We like going to the beach and walking in the countryside with our cheeky dog. She can do lots of tricks like dancing and nodding her head to say yes!

In my spare time I really like swimming, reading and baking. I also love going to the theatre to see musicals.

I can't wait to see you all soon.

Love Mrs Heap

Hello, my name is Miss Nottage and I am so excited that you will be joining us soon at Frogmore Infant School. I can’t wait to meet you and I know you will love coming to our school.

I thought I would tell you a little bit about me. I have 2 little girls called Maisie and Chloe, who spend their entire time doing cartwheels! They are aged 5 and 7, so just a little bit older than you.

We have 2 guinea pigs called Biscuit and Oreo. I wonder if you can guess what colours they are from their names? They are very noisy especially when they hear the fridge door open and they know its feeding time. I can hear them squeak as soon as I get home.

My favourite foods are chocolate and pasta and my favourite drink is milk. What foods do you enjoy? We do lots of cooking in school which we share with our friends.

I love to go to the beach, especially with my family.  We love to make sandcastles, hunt for shells and paddle in the sea. We always come back with sand in our socks!

I am really looking forward to getting to know everyone who will be joining us in September and learning all about what you like and enjoy.

 Love Miss Nottage

Hello, my name is Mrs Taylor and I am so excited that you will be joining us soon at Frogmore Infant School.

I thought I would tell you a little bit about me. I love to travel and see lots of different places. My favourite place to go is Austria, where I like to go sledging in the snow in winter and swimming in the lake in the summer. I even got married there at the top of a mountain. We had to get a ski lift all the way to the very top and had a special Bavarian Oompah band (see if a grown up can show you some of this music).

I have a cat called Roo, who is very cheeky and likes to bring me lots of mice. She also likes to play ‘fetch’ and will chase after her bouncy ball and bring it back to me to throw it for her again. Usually dogs play fetch, but Roo loves to play it too! Do you have any pets at home?

I love all things Disney and have been lucky enough to meet all of the Disney princesses at Disneyland. My favourite princesses are Elsa and Ariel.

Among other things, I love crafting and making fun and exciting bath times for my little girl, like disco bath, dinosaur swamp bath and car wash bath.

I am really looking forward to getting to know everyone who will be joining us in September and learning all about the things that you love.

Love Mrs Taylor
