Do you have a child who was born between 1 September 2022 and 31 August 2023?
If so, you will need to ensure that you have applied for a school place at the school of your choice by 15 January 2027. All the information you need is available online via Hampshire Admissions. If you live in Hampshire you should apply online or phone 0845 603 5623 for an application form from 1st November 2026. If you live in Surrey or Berkshire you need to apply to your own authority. Applications for Year R are dealt with by Local Authority Admissions Team who are responsible for allocating places. They will notify you regarding the outcome of your application in mid April 2027 - date to be confirmed.
In September 2026 the Published Admission Number (PAN) for the school will enable 60 children to be admitted to our reception classes (30 in each of the two classes). This is the maximum number of children who can be accepted for Year R except in very special circumstances. It is therefore important that parents or carers of prospective pupils submit their applications by the published deadline.
