Please see below the necessary registration documents required prior to your child starting school, these documents will need to be completed and returned to the school by Wednesday 5th June 2024.

All About Me Booklet

Please take the time to complete the booklet below with your child as the information will be really helpful to us in school.

Let your child make this book their own by adding drawings, mark making or sticking in photographs. You are invited to add your comments in the booklet and to share information about your child.

Please don’t feel you need to complete the booklet all in one go.

Please have them ready to share with us for September, when we will be making our home visits.

Free milk for under 5 years

Whilst your child is under 5 years of age you can register for free school milk. We will provide you with a form to complete.
